After receiving his MBA in 1981, Todd began his career-long focus of helping people and organizations create results with confidence and purpose.
Beginning his career as a senior consultant at Franklin Covey, Todd designed and delivered leadership and team building programs for thousands of senior executives, and individually coached hundreds more. Consulting clients include S.C. Johnson Wax, John Hancock, ABB/ Combustion Engineering, and international clients such as Tubacero S.A. and Tivoli Software.
Currently, Todd serves as an active member of the 2006 VitalSmarts Facilitator Faculty. A champion of Crucial Conversations content, Todd facilitates training workshops and delivers speeches tailored to the Crucial Conversations program at workshops and corporate events across the nation.
Healthcare Expert
With a rich background in the healthcare industry, Todd has helped leading healthcare organizations achieve breakthrough results in areas such as change management, communication, and leadership development. Todd’s healthcare expertise is largely attributed to his tenure as Vice President of Human Resources at HostMasters, a long-term healthcare company with more than sixteen facilities across Southern California. Todd’s role included leading organization-wide training and performance improvements. Additional healthcare clients include King’s Daughters Medical Center, Memorial Hospital, Mercy Health Partners, Illinois Health Association, Catholic Healthcare West, Riverside Health, and Intermountain Healthcare among others.
